Centrals Trinity Beach Football Club would like to announce that “the little master” Gary Ablett Jnr, will be pulling on the Centrals Jumper in round 4 against North Cairns Tigers in a one-off game!

Gary’s career speaks for itself as he will go down as arguably the greatest AFL player of all time playing 357 games and kicking 445 goals with both Geelong Cats & Gold Coast Suns, winning multiple premierships in 2007 and 2009, Brownlow medals, 8 x All Australians and 5 x Leigh Matthews Trophy’s as voted by his peers!

We look forward to welcoming Gary and his family to the club and I’m sure we can all agree his presence amongst the AFL Cairns community is going to be incredible for footy in Far North Queensland!

Picnic rugs and folding chairs are permitted.

Yes. No bigger than an A4 size piece of paper. However, bag searches will take place at the gates, which will slow your entry as there is generally queuing for bag checks. We encourage all patrons not to bring bags unless essential.

No. There are no cloaking facilities at Crathern Park.

Only water is permitted. Due to COVID restrictions and transfer no food is permitted. Esky’s of any size are not permitted.

No. Fines apply to patrons caught trying to ‘smuggle’ alcohol into Crathern Park.

Yes. Umbrellas are permitted but please respect other patrons around you.

Yes. You must always socially distance.

Outside bars EFTPOS payment only. ATM can be found in social Club.

Yes. Personal cameras are permitted.

Yes. Food will be available from the junior canteen and food trucks around the field.

Yes. Crathern Park is a licensed venue. Alcoholic beverages must not be taken into or out of Crathern Park. It is an offence for minors to purchase or consume alcohol or for persons to supply alcohol to minors. Excessive consumption of alcohol will not be tolerated and intoxicated, and disorderly patrons will be refused entry and/or further service and/or asked to leave the venue.

No. Crathern Park is a non-smoking venue, including vape, designated smoking areas are signed.

Taxi and Uber drop-off and pick up from Trinity Beach Road.

Category 5 First Aid Service will be on site for public first aid provision, please see a staff member or security.

  2. All entry gates will be used as emergency exits.
  3. Emergency signed exits within the social club:

 

If, in the unlikely event of an emergency, please follow staff, security, police directions and assist in vacating the facility. If you cannot get out the gate nearest to you, if safe to do so please move to the evacuation point.

 

Evacuation Points
1.  In the event of an Emergency the main arena/oval is the evacuation point.
2.  In the event of an Emergency there is an evacuation point at the back of the social club carpark.

Trinity Beach Sports Club management, or appointee’s reserves the right to refuse entry.

Patrons are admitted to the grounds at their own risk. – Patrons may be requested to present bags for inspection. – Persons entering the arena without prior authorisation will be liable for prosecution. – Trinity Beach Sports Club will not be held responsible for any damages to, loss or theft of a patron’s personal property. – Alcoholic beverages may not be taken into or from the grounds. – No beverages or food to be brought into the grounds and social club. – No alcohol can be brought into the grounds and social club. – Responsible service of alcohol will be enforced. – Do not drink and drive and moderate your consumption. – Do not provide alcohol to under 18 persons. – Crathern Park and Trinity Beach Sports Club is a non-smoking venue, including vapes. DOSA smoking areas are provided and signed. – Patrons causing a disturbance or refusing to comply with requests from staff or their representatives may be evicted from Crathern Park and Social Club. – Round 4, will meet the league regulations including https://aflcairns.com.au/rules-and-regulations/ – Entry into and from Crathern park and social Club, attendee’s must be careful, respectful, and be considerate to our neighbors, other attendee’s, road users and animals.

 

Prohibited Items:

For the comfort, safety and enjoyment of all patrons, staff and event participants, the following items are not permitted into Crathern Park, and Trinity Beach Sports Club:

Alcohol; No Commercial food or beverages; Opened soft drink; Cans / glass; Torn-up paper; Musical instruments; Whistles; Tents or marquee’s; Folding chairs; Flags with handles exceeding 1.6 metres; Fireworks / flares / laser lights; Rollerblades, skateboards, scooters, bicycles; Animals (guide and hearing animals may enter); Audio recording equipment* / video cameras; *Audio visual equipment may be permitted for those parents whose children participate in the Auskick / Little League competition.; Any large article that cannot be placed under a seat;

Any device or item that in the opinion of management or their representatives has the potential to cause injury or public nuisance or inconvenience to other patrons.
